ANDY MAGGIORE

Andy has over 17 years of construction survey experience for a variety of project types. Andy trains, coordinates, and manages survey field crews and CAD technicians with a focus on construction site surveying and staking. He is responsible for overseeing the interpretation of construction plans for field layout data, creating construction staking point files, and final site deliverables. Andy oversees R&R’s survey team ensuring all deadlines are being met with quality and accuracy and has an excellent understanding of the logistics and phasing of construction sites. He effectively communicates with clients, and prepares proposals, contracts, and reports, while mentoring and managing the survey office and field staff. 

Andy’s main focus is the success of his department and the growth of his employees. He does this by working directly with his team to develop new and efficient procedures to keep up with the evolving construction industry.
