In honor of opening day, check out the progress on The Rockies West Lot!

Now known as McGregor Square, R&R is currently involved in this high-rise development of an existing surface parking lot adjacent to Coors Field.

Featuring more than 100 private residences, nearly 200 hotel rooms, office space, restaurants, shopping, and a Hall of Fame. In addition, a 25,000 square foot outdoor plaza for the community to enjoy year round, not just on game days.

R&R is providing survey, entitlement support, and civil engineering design including offsite utility and public roadway survey and design. According to 5280.com, the project is expected to be completed in January 2021.
