GRAND OPENINGS FOR R&R SUMMER STAKING PROJECTS
R&R is pleased to see two major constructing staking projects hold their Grand Opening’s this past week.
The Denver Premium Outlets are the latest outlet mall for the Denver-Metro area, and opened 60 stores featuring apparel, cookware, food, fragrances and other products. The 330,000 SF outlet mall sites on 50 acres at I-25 & 136th Avenue in Thornton, and will employ more than 700 full and part time jobs. R&R crews have been onsite nearly daily for more than a year providing site layout and surveying for The Whiting Turner Contracting Co. and sitework subcontractors.

Working with JHL Constructors, R&R welcomes students to the brand new Mrachek Middle School in Aurora. Built as a replacement school for the original 1970’s era building, the new facility is a two-story 130,000-square foot building with separate learning communities for each grade level and serves up to 1,000 students. Construction began in spring 2017 and the school officially opened on September 10, 2018. The old school building will be demolished next spring to make room for athletic fields.
