GROUNDBREAKING FOR FITZSIMONS VILLAGE CONFERENCE CENTER & HOTEL
R&R is proud to be a part of the site groundbreaking for Fitzsimons Village at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. R&R provided site survey, civil engineering, and entitlement support for the 20 acre development which includes the $80 million hotel and conference center featuring 249 hotel rooms, a 30,000 SF conference space, and a 500 stall parking garage. The hotel and conference room are in close proximity to the medical campus and is primarily directed for its patrons; whether for patients, business travelers, or for hosting academic conferences. In addition to the hotel and conference center, R&R continued to work with Corporex for the development of mutlifamiliy and commercial buildings on site.
