Todd Smith, PE, PhD, has over 40 years of experience delivering successful development and construction projects on behalf of owners and investors. Todd is skilled in representing client interests across all phases of a project’s lifecycle including initial planning, design coordination, construction oversight, budget management, and project closeout. He is focused on streamlining communication between stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and overseeing the completion of projects within schedule and budget.
