R&R ADDS BECKY HOGAN AND TONY SMITH, PLS TO THE TEAM
R&R is pleased to have Becky Hogan joining us as our Director of Planning Services, overseeing efforts in project development, strategic planning, entitlements, client service, incentive negotiation, and government relations. Before coming to R&R, Hogan spent 20 years working towards job creation, retail recruitment and retention for Parker, Westminster, Broomfield, Longmont, Wheat Ridge, Northglenn, Fort Collins, and other Colorado communities. Hogan earned a certified economic developer (CEcD) accreditation in 2001 after completing her studies at the Economic Development Institute through the University of Oklahoma. She has served on numerous development boards throughout her career, and is currently the Co-Chair of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Alliance Committee. Becky is married to Steve Hogan, mayor of Aurora, and enjoys spending time with their family and grandson.
Tony Smith, P.L.S. has also joined R&R as our new Head of Construction Staking. After building the construction staking group at Saunders Construction Inc., Tony will be charged with managing survey crews for staking construction sites all across the country. Already R&R has sites lined up in Colorado, Texas, and North Dakota with more on the way. Tony is a certified Professional Land Surveyor in Colorado and brings with him 14 years of practical experience and has an excellent understanding of the logistics required to mobilize field crews. He is familiar with many software packages including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, Carlson, TDS, and Leica and has received RTK (Real Time Kinematic) Training. In addition to being an expert in construction staking, Tony is experienced in the production of all types of surveys including: ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, Boundary work, Legal Descriptions, Highway & Bridge layout, Topographic surveys, and Oil & Gas staking.
