For nearly a decade, R&R provided surveys, due diligence, and civil engineering services for various master plans and site designs for a phased expansion of the detention center campus. Services included site visits, design charrettes, massing and spacing layouts, grading/drainage, and utility infrastructure design for multiple expansion options to meet Centennial, Arapahoe County, SEMSWA, and Tri-County Health requirements.
Most recently, R&R has worked with Reilly Johnson Architecture to meet all requirements of Arapahoe County Planning, Arapahoe County Water & Wastewater Authority, City of Centennial Planning, Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority, and Tri-County Health. Previously to Reilly Johnson, R&R worked with DLR Group to provide site analysis and due diligence for civil engineering for potential expansion and replacement buildings for the justice complex, including courtrooms, existing offices, and integration of District Attorney's offices.
