JOSHUA SMITH, PLS

Joshua has over 27 years of experience in land surveying with extensive experience creating CDOT ROW plans and large-scale section breakdowns for wind and solar farms. As an OPUS Project Manager, Joshua is responsible for proposal delivery, applying boundary law, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, field and office survey technologies, 3D scanning and drone survey processing, design surveys, and construction staking. In addition, he excels in customer service, effective project planning and execution, team collaboration, and mentoring staff.
