AURORA, CO

Working closely with the City of Aurora, Populous, and A&P Construction, R&R provided comprehensive surveying, civil engineering, and construction staking services for the design of a new recreation center on a 20-acre site south of S. Telluride Street and E. Vassar Place. The space features an indoor gym, aquatic pool with slide, outdoor fields, and community meeting space. R&R’s use of site optimization software was critical for the Design/Build team to evaluate building placement on the site to maximize efficiencies.
