R&R was engaged by The Beck Group for Phase II to provide an updated topographic design survey along with full civil design of the new office building on the East side of the site. Due to the new building placement, R&R revised the detention facility from the Solomon Foundation's Phase I layout completed in 2015. The Solomon Foundation is a non-profit financial organization connecting churches and investors.
