DENVER, CO

R&R provided surveying and civil engineering services for this 16-story Class AA, LEED Gold, transit-oriented office building in Denver Tech Center. In addition, R&R provided site survey and civil engineering for the development which includes four levels of structures parking and a 10-story office tower above. Unique aspects of the project include the need for public improvements and roadway design on all sides of the development, with complex grading to match adjacent properties. Additional utility capacity was required for the project, including resized water and sanitary sewer mains.
