R&R provided turnkey surveying services for Stanley Marketplace, an innovative development focused on local and independent retail tenants. Services included an initial site survey and platting that enabled the transformation of an abandoned aviation manufacturing facility into a diverse neighborhood marketplace. During construction, White Construction Group contracted R&R to provide comprehensive staking and surveying. This entailed precise location layouts for necessary site improvements for access, parking, pedestrian walkways, and plazas, as well as interior layouts for building structural components.
