R&R provided comprehensive surveying services for this adaptive reuse retail structure located on historic Tennyson Street in Denver, CO. This project was unique in that the existing building had sustained substantial fire damage but required the team to save a good portion of the existing walls. By utilizing our scanning services, PG Arnold was able to keep many of the exterior walls and maintain the structure's design with the new build pieces. In addition to taking advantage of our 3D Scanning, R&R also provided construction staking services that included grid layout for the new structural and interior build-out.
