R&R completed professional engineering, surveying, and planning services for more than 20 new construction and redeveloped Sonic Drive-In stores throughout Colorado. Services included due diligence, site planning, rezoning, entitlements, utility design, survey, subdivision platting, site grading, and drainage design, construction documents, and permitting. Unique design elements for this client included the movement of water main lines and special consideration for existing sewer and stormwater outfalls.
