R&R was brought on board by Arrow B Architecture for the redevelopment of an industrial warehouse space in Arapahoe Square. The innovative redesign which incorporates relics from the building's past received the 2018 Community Preservation Award by Historic Denver and the 2018 Mayor's Design Award. The modern space is home to multiple retail tenants. R&R provided integrated site survey and civil engineering services, with a specific focus on updating utility connections and new streetscape for public right-of-way.
