Sprouts Grocery consisted of development of a 25,000 SF grocery building in addition to a large detention area and RTD Park & Ride infrastructure. The site is part of the larger 8.5 acre Huntington Smoky Hill Park N Ride project designed by R&R. Our scope of work included professional engineering and land surveying services for this development including site planning, entitlements, utility design, site grading and drainage, easement dedication, and construction document approval through the City of Centennial.
Unique design elements included the addition of the RTD parking and pick up areas, the design of a SEMSWA detention pond, phasing of the property, FDP submittals, new utility installation, strict SEMSWA detention and water quality design constraints, designing grading and drainage around existing IREA power poles and access points from Picadilly Street and Smoky Hill Road.
