R&R provided due diligence, site planning, entitlements, utility design, site grading and drainage, and easement preparation, and construction document approval for the City of Brighton and the State of Colorado review process for schools. R&R worked with Weitz Construction to bring this project out of the ground on an extremely tight schedule and budget. Unique design elements include a large parking lot to accommodate the ‘serpentine’ student release structure of the school, and 4.4-acres of playfields.
