R&R provided civil and site design for four (4) residential student dormitories at four separate Colorado Mountain College campus locations including Breckenridge, Eagle, Steamboat Springs and Glenwood Springs. Site design includes building place and circulation, grading/drainage, utilities, and erosion control, as well as identification of additional or alternate dormitory placement locations on each campus. Prior to design work R&R completed a comprehensive site survey of the 15 acre Breckenridge Campus documenting boundary, site features, building corners, utilities, and topography.
