The Denver Justice Center LID Improvement project included the addition of the two new buildings along with the associated plaza between the two buildings. R&R provided survey control, buildings layout verification, grid line layout, and Porous Landscape Detention area and volume verification. Unique considerations for this site included providing topography and verification of volume for 27 PLD’s, 2 sand filter basins and the water quality volume in the underground vaults for the Detention Center and Courthouse.
