The Walgreens Management Group selected R&R as a preferred vendor for more than six Colorado locations and multiple stores in the Rocky Mountain Region. Services include topographical survey, site grading and drainage, Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan (ESCP) easement dedication, and final construction document approval. Unique design and management elements to this client include assessment and oversight of turnkey solutions for problems of poor drainage, often resulting in ice dams that would form in the parking area and front entrance throughout the winter at some of the retail locations.
