R&R provided full-service surveying, entitlements, rezoning, and civil engineering design for Phase I infrastructure and pad developments for this 1,308-acre mixed-use community including residential, agriculture, ranch, municipal, commercial, and open space. An aerial survey with ground control and verification for critical areas was undertaken to efficiently provide design level survey information for engineering and plat recordation. R&R worked hand-in-hand with developer and city staff for rezoning, platting, and preliminary engineering process, including overall drainage study and report.
