R&R has been providing block-by-block construction staking and civil engineering services for the residential portions of the Greyhound Park Redevelopment, currently underway in Commerce City, CO. Comprehensive construction infrastructure and lot staking have been providing for multiple tracts of residential blocks with varying densities (single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes) each with engineer stamped plot plans. Working under Crossland Construction Company, R&R is also providing turnkey construction staking and surveying layouts for 270 units of apartments onsite.
