R&R provided construction staking services for Pinkard Construction Company’s building of Loveland Housing Authority’s Edge Apartment Community. The project included 69 units within four three-story walk-up buildings and a 2,500-square-foot clubhouse addition. These units will serve households with incomes between 30-60 percent of the area’s median income.
