R&R provided surveying and civil engineering for this LEED Silver-certified luxury mid-rise featuring four separate buildings with a structured parking podium. Services included site planning, entitlements, site grading and drainage, utility design, water quality, and detention design, and construction document approval. Unique design elements included water quality enhancement features on the podium and amenity deck.
