R&R is collaborating with KH Webb Architects to grade the retaining walls and site drainage on a 0.53-acre site with approximately 80' of fall across the site. Extensive grading and drainage design is needed to fit the home onto the lot while maintaining as much of the existing tree cover as possible. Retaining walls are a combination of boulder retaining walls as well as poured concrete retaining walls. Additionally, we are provided turnkey construction staking layout for new grades, site work, and building.
