R&R prepared a site surveying, conceptual designs, ODP Amendment for the City of Westminster, subdivision replat, final construction drawings and drainage report, and construction administration services from start to finish for the complete redevelopment of 10.15 acres of the former Westglenn Mall. The site includes 5 multifamily buildings, a clubhouse with pool, and associated parking and utility infrastructure. Complexities to developing this site included keeping surrounding businesses operational during construction, constraints to keep existing roadway and surrounding properties undisturbed while providing grading for the new development, and utilizing as much of the existing stormwater infrastructure as possible to keep costs down for the new development. R&R designed all of the grading and infrastructure for the development including multiple rain gardens to provide water quality and maximize the developable area on the site.
