Throughout the phases of this project, R&R has continuously maintained grading for the site's complicated earthwork and has provided construction staking services for a variety of site features including a detention pond, major foundation wall, over 15 structures currently, and all of the walkways and parking spaces. In addition, our laser scanning specialist has executed a LiDar scan around the complex providing grading certificates and ILCs for each completed phase.
