R&R provided surveying and civil engineering services for 40 new, luxury townhomes with tuck-under parking in the Matterhorn Neighborhood of Vail, Colorado. Design services includes site drainage, grading, water/storm/sewer design, and easement dedications. Unique challenges and approaches for the site grading were undertaken due to difficult slopes, an adjacent creek, and a desire to hide the garages from pedestrian circulation on the site. R&R provided design development through 2016.
