R&R provided site surveying, platting, and civil engineering services through Town of Firestone entitlements and review process for an approximately 3.112 acre site that included multiple build out phases (An initial phase for a 12,000 SF single-story medical office building for Family Medicine; Phase Two includes a 15,000 SF standalone medical office building). Unique design challenges for this projects included a rapid timeline per Client directed opening, as well as coordinating existing site access and proposed phase development.
