R&R provided surveying and civil design services for Advanced Health Care of Lakewood, a short-term skilled nursing facility geared towards outpatient recovery. Working with TreanorHL, R&R managed the site design process including oversight of landscape and photometric sub-consultants for the 2.2-acre site, located near the St. Anthony’s Hospital Center.

Civil design included site planning and grading/drainage design for the 1-story, approximately 32,000-square-foot building, including nearly 100 surface parking stalls. Utility design was permitted through Consolidated Mutual Water Company (with Denver Water referral review) and the City the Lakewood. Special care was given to the public improvements for all the adjacent sidewalks and streets, including Quail Street, Pierson Street, and W. 15th Avenue.
