R&R provided construction staking services for Pinkard Construction Company’s building of Loveland Housing Authority’s third phase of the Mirasol Senior Living Community. The project added 60 units to the existing independent senior housing development, mixing one- and two-bedroom units with one bathroom and private kitchens. This final phase included a first-floor common lobby area with screened decks on the second and third floors. The project was designed under the 2015 Enterprise Green Communities criteria and incorporates many green design elements.
