R&R provided turnkey survey and civil engineering services for the Cherry Creek Innovation Campus situated on a 42-acre site in Dove Valley. Services included site planning, utility design, grading and stormwater drainage, easement preparation, and construction document approval through Arapahoe County and the State of Colorado. Phase 1 included a 117,000 SF learning facility and site wide infrastructure and access. The Cherry Creek Innovation Campus is a state-of-the-art college and career preparedness facility focused on advanced manufacturing, business, culinary, hospitality, health and wellness, infrastructure engineering, IT, STEM, aviation, and automotive.
