R&R provided turnkey survey and civil engineering services for the Cherry Creek Innovation Campus situated on a 42-acre site in Dove Valley. Our services include site planning, utility design, grading and stormwater drainage, easement preparation, and construction document approval through Arapahoe County and the State of Colorado. This campus is a state-of-the-art college and career preparedness facility focused on advanced manufacturing, business, culinary, hospitality, health and wellness, infrastructure engineering, IT, STEM, aviation, and automotive.
