R&R provided turnkey construction staking services for Denver Housing Authority’s new senior housing development on approximately one acre of land along W. Colfax Avenue between Perry Street and N. Quitman Street in Denver, CO. The development includes 176 units of senior housing, a health clinic, and an adult day center. R&R delivered quality site construction staking and survey layout for the General Contractor including the establishment of site control, utility connections, above-ground detention vault, sitework, sidewalks, planters, building excavation, drilled piers, and grid lines. The final as-constructed survey, vault volume verification, and foundation certificates were also prepared.
