R&R provided surveying and civil engineering for the construction of this 4-story mid-rise apartment building with a structured parking podium and site improvements. Services rendered include site planning, entitlements, utility design, site grading, and drainage, underground detention vault, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan, Stormwater Management Plan, and construction document approval through the City and County of Denver.
