R&R collaborated with the visionary Trailbreak Partners LLC to deliver a comprehensive site survey and navigate a complex entitlements process for a 10-acre, mixed-use, multi-building, transit-oriented community southwest of the Sheridan Station Light Rail.

Following months of intricate site engineering, West Line Village was ready for construction, creating an urban residential enclave with seamless connectivity to downtown Denver and the greater metro area via the W Line.

The project required careful coordination, considering multiple landowners and varying market conditions that influenced the desired product mix and land use.
