R&R provided an initial site surveying, multiple iterations of site planning, entitlement support, utility design, site grading, and drainage for this 19-story, residential infill site in the Golden Triangle Neighborhood. In addition, R&R prepared an Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan, Stormwater Management Plans, and handled final construction document approval through the City and County of Denver. Special design considerations were provided for the dense utility layout for the site and adjacent street network.
