Industry is an innovative office sharing and lease-able space inside a redeveloped warehouse along Brighton Boulevard in Denver's River North neighborhood. R&R provided surveying and civil engineering services including site planning for vehicular access, entitlements, utility design, site grading and drainage, and construction document approval through the City & County of Denver.
