Working with the Client on their first facility in Colorado, R&R provided surveying and civil engineering services for a 52,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art, prototype medical production facility on 20 acres in Brighton, CO. The site was constrained by an irrigation ditch that ran along two sides of the property, including both entrances to the site. R&R worked closely with the Client, Architect, Contractor, and City to phase the utility installation and road access build-out so as to not disrupt the site construction nor disable the ditch.
