R&R provided civil engineering and surveying services as a preferred vendor for more than 12 self-storage warehouse locations across Colorado, Texas, Arizona, California, and the Caribbean. Services include ALTA and plat improvement surveys, site planning, utility design, easements, site grading and drainage including possible detention/retention needs, landscape and irrigation design, Storm Water Quality Plan, and final construction documents. R&R also provided condominium map platting for individual warehouse unit sales.
