R&R provided site design and coordination for 95 acres of a landfill that was converted into multiple synthetic fields for football, soccer, lacrosse, and other recreational uses. The new park design also included baseball and softball diamonds, and a 2.8-acre BMX bike terrain park. Services included field perimeter drains, drainage system and water quality/detention, topographical surveys, construction staking, and special consideration for ADA Access, trails, and sidewalks.
