R&R provided survey, entitlement, and civil design services for the BLM field office and warehouse space serving northwestern Colorado, including Rio Blanco, Moffat, and Garfield Counties. R&R assembled an engineering team including structural, survey, and construction contractors to deliver a comprehensive solution for existing problems with drainage, leaks, and ice dams.
