R&R provided surveying and civil engineering for the development of the 47-acre master plan including regional detention pond design, FasTracks coordination, parking areas, street improvements, infrastructure systems, and overall mapping. Unique design elements included operating within bus loop grading constraints, special coordination between RTD, GSA, and the City of Lakewood, and the implementation of a regional pond to provide water quality and detention for Park and Ride and offsite basins. This project was completed using the Design-Build delivery method.
