As CEO, Doug focuses on strategic firm growth, client relationship development, and creating new opportunities for R&R. Doug has over 30 years of experience in cultivating quality clients and delivering projects on-time and on-budget.

Over the past 35 years at R&R, Doug has been a hands-on owner and engineer, involved with seeking out new projects, managing the engineering and entitlements processes, and maintaining the company’s vision. As a result, Doug has an extensive range of project experience from quarter acre infill sites to high rises, neighborhood communities, master planned subdivisions, and more. After years of leading R&R’s projects, design team, and client growth,  Doug now has an expert team of project managers and engineers working in his stead, allowing time for evaluating future opportunities for R&R. Doug is an active member within the A/E/C community, devoting time and expertise to local ACEC, NAIOP, and ULI chapters.
