R&R provided civil engineering services for a new, first-class, 3-story, 17th-century French-inspired boutique hotel. Located in the River North District of downtown Denver, this hotel features ground-level retail space, underground structured parking, 50 beds, a restaurant, and a Death & Co bar, a world-renowned cocktail industry leader based out of New York City.
R&R enjoyed providing turn-key survey and civil design services on this project. Unique design consideration was given for finished floor elevation grade constraints on the infill site. Our team closely collaborated with the award-winning Architecture and Interior Design Firm, Johnson Nathan Strohe (JNS), and the Developer, Gravitas, an innovative urban infill development company based in downtown Denver.
