R&R provided comprehensive civil engineering design and construction administration for this 125-unit boutique hotel featuring 9,000 SF of corner retail space in downtown Westminster. Services included the design of public improvements to West 89th Avenue, Westminster Boulevard, and public alleys in addition to the preparation of the construction plan set.
