R&R provided a site surveying and civil engineering for this 7-story hotel renovation and surrounding retail pad development. Services included drainage design, street, and site access design, grading design, utility design, and easement dedications. Unique design elements included demolition of existing 2-story building portions of the existing structure, major waterline relocation, stormwater routing, the addition of ground floor retail, and preparation for the eastern portion of the site for future development.
