R&R has provided turnkey land surveying, platting, and civil engineering services for this 157-room, 5-story hotel situated near Denver International Airport at Gateway Park. Working hand-in-hand with an out-of-state developer, R&R managed the design and entitlements submittals through the local Business Park review committee and Denver’s review process in concert with the adjacent Fairfield Inn & Suites development on the same parcel (a prior R&R project). This included unique platting, addressing, planning, and engineering submittals, particularly regarding public improvements and utilities, resulting in a dual-brand, best-use scenario for our client. The project is currently beginning construction phase services.
