The Mountain West Business Park consists of 8 large mixed-use buildings and 2 large detention ponds on the corner of 42nd Avenue and Carson Street in Denver. R&R provided surveying and civil engineering services including site planning, entitlements, utility design, site grading & drainage, easement dedication and construction document approval through the City and County of Denver.

Special consideration was given to two separate detention ponds, one of which includes a complex pump system to regulate the release rate, and both meet historic storm conditions and tie into the CDOT ponds. Also included TEP improvements along Carson St, new easement dedication, CDOT permitting, a Denver Water main extension and new utilities installation.
