Gretchen is an accomplished professional with over two decades of accounting management experience in both the public and private sectors.  She has a record of excellence in financial reporting, cash management, internal controls, and project management.  Gretchen has held accounting management roles with a large financial technology firm and numerous companies within the energy sector, where she led major systems projects including an ERP conversion and the implementation of a company-wide application for invoice routing.

Gretchen's expertise extends to collaborating with operational teams to produce meaningful financial reports and ensuring that accounting processes are both efficient and effective.  Her leadership has been instrumental during periods of growth and acquisition, where she successfully integrated new accounting operations.  With CPA and CMA certifications as well as degrees in finance and accounting, Gretchen combines technical proficiency with strategic insight.
