Clif has over 24 years of experience in operations and team building with a focus on client service. Clif leads R&R’s Civil Engineering Department overseeing projects from initial concepts through the production of final construction documents. His high attention to detail allows him to efficiently guide clients while working in tandem with design teams.

In the past few years, Clif has led civil design for McGregor Square, Peak Innovation Campus, and large, complex single-family housing developments.
